Enel Fix Web Luce is the Electricity offer dedicated to domestic use sites. Necessary requirements to join the offer, which can only be subscribed to via the web, are the activation of the free "Bolletta Web" service which provides for the receipt of invoices exclusively at the e-mail address indicated by the Customer and the method of payment of invoices via bank/postal SDD, or via a credit card issued in the SEPA area, of the Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express circuits. These Technical Economic Conditions ("CTE") integrate the clauses of the general supply conditions ("CGF") and, in the event of a conflict, prevail over the latter. Depending on the method of joining chosen by the customer, Enel Energia reserves the right to make this offer available for certain activation processes, giving appropriate information to the customer. For information, you can contact Customer Service.

  • To subscribe to the offer, the customer is required to activate the Bolletta web service, which provides for bills to be received exclusively by email.
