The project is still young, but the posture is simple.

123offerte starts from tables and sources, but the point is ordinary clarity: fewer theatrical rankings, fewer hidden assumptions, and more room to see the tradeoffs before choosing.

123offerte is built independently by Cem Sirin, a data scientist based in Pigneto, Rome. The ambition is commercial, but the relationship with the reader should stay plain: show the offer, show the source, say what is missing.
