Offer terms

Electricity offer dedicated to domestic use sites. Subscription to this offer requires, as necessary prerequisites for the activation of the supply, that: the customer simultaneously subscribes to a free loan-for-use agreement for the Enel Energia Waybox, the terms and conditions of which are provided in the annex to the offer subscription contract. The offer consists of the following cost items: The Electricity Price includes network losses determined and updated by ARERA and currently equal to 10% of consumption and a fixed fee. Activate the free "Web Bill" service, which involves receiving invoices exclusively at the e-mail address indicated by the Customer, and activate bank/postal direct debit (SDD) or a credit card issued in the SEPA area from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or American Express networks as the payment method for invoices.

  • To subscribe to the offer, the customer is required to activate the Bolletta web service, which provides for bills to be received exclusively by email.
