Privacy

How we handle visitor data.

This page explains in simple terms what data 123offerte.it processes about its visitors. For reusing the catalogue (citing, MCP access, commercial agreements) see the Data use page.

Who processes your data

123offerte.it is a personal project, not a company: there is no company and no VAT number.

Data controller: Cem Sirin, a private individual, Rome (Pigneto). For any question or request about your data, write to info@123offerte.it.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare (Workers). To serve pages and protect the site from abuse and attacks, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address and user agent.

Analytics

We use Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own server in the EU (Netherlands). Umami uses no cookies, does no cross-site tracking and builds no profiles: IP addresses are not stored. Umami only derives an approximate location (country, region, city) and a rotating anonymous session identifier.

We may share aggregated, anonymous statistics with third parties (for example which filters are most popular in a region), never individual data.

Cookies and data on your device

Only technical data needed to run the site:

  • the i18n_redirected cookie, which remembers the language you chose (lasts one year);
  • nuxt-color-mode in your browser's local storage, which remembers the light or dark theme, only if you change it;
  • the filters you pick stay in the page address and are not stored anywhere.

Nothing else: no profiling or tracking cookies. That is why you see no cookie banner: technical cookies do not require consent, as set out in the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021.

What we don't do

  • No accounts and no forms collecting personal data: the email above is the only contact.
  • No ads and no selling of personal data.
  • Links to providers' websites follow their privacy notices, not this one.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure and objection to the processing of your data, and lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority). Write to info@123offerte.it: you'll hear back from me personally.
