Enel Flash Luce is the Electricity offer dedicated to domestic use sites. These Technical Economic Conditions ("CTE") integrate the clauses of the general supply conditions ("CGF") and, in the event of a conflict, prevail over the latter. Depending on the method of joining chosen by the customer, Enel Energia reserves the right to make this offer available for certain activation processes, giving appropriate information to the customer. For information, you can contact Customer Service. The offer consists of the following expense items. The Electricity Price is inclusive of network losses determined and updated by ARERA and currently equal to 10% of consumption. The Fixed Fee is given by the sum of the Commercialization and Sale Fee (CCV) defined by Enel Energia, and the DispBT component defined by the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (hereinafter ARERA). The CCV fee and the DispBT component are applied on a monthly basis.
