The offer provides for an electricity commodity component price indexed to the National Single Price across three time bands. This price applies to both active energy and network losses, calculated using the conventional percentage factors established by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA). The Customer will pay the Supplier the following price: P = PUN + PS, where: • PUN (Prezzo Unico Nazionale, National Single Price) is the reference price for electricity traded on the Italian electricity exchange (IPEX, Italian Power Exchange). The PUN index value is published monthly by the Energy Markets Operator on www.mercatoelettrico.org and is averaged across purchase prices for each time band (F1, F2, F3) for the corresponding hours in each month, reflecting the best purchase conditions nationally. The time bands are defined by AEEG Resolution No. 181/06. Multi-time-band products are reserved exclusively for users with a multi-time-band meter capable of recording readings by band as required by Resolution 181/06. If meter data is unavailable, the single-rate F0 price will apply. • PS is a fixed purchase charge, locked for 12 months from the supply activation date, equal to €0/kWh. These economic conditions are valid for 12 months. Three months before the economic conditions expire, EtruriaLuceGas will give written notice of the new supply prices and their validity period. If no such notice is given, the economic conditions, notified in compliance with the deadlines and procedures set out in the Commercial Code of Conduct, will be deemed extended until further notice. The right to withdraw under Article 12 of the attached General Contract Conditions (CGC) is reserved.
