The offer provides for an energy component price indexed to the PUN Index GME across three time bands. This price applies both to active energy and to network losses, calculated using the agreed percentage factors set by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA). The Customer will pay the Supplier the following price: P = PUN Index GME + PS, where: • The PUN Index GME is the benchmark price for electricity traded on the day-ahead market, calculated as the average of zonal prices weighted by the quantities purchased for zonal portfolios withdrawing in each geographical market zone. The index, defined under Article 13.3.9 of the TIDE (Integrated Text on Electricity Dispatching, as amended), is published monthly by the Energy Markets Manager (GME) at www.mercatoelettrico.org. • PS is a fixed purchase charge, locked for 12 months from the supply activation date and calculated including network losses. These economic terms are valid for 12 months. Three months before the economic terms expire, these economic terms are valid for a period of 12 months. Three months before the economic terms expire, EtruriaLuceGas will notify the Customer in writing of the new economic supply terms and their validity period. If no such notice is given, the economic terms, sent in compliance with the timeframes and procedures set out in the Commercial Conduct Code, will be deemed extended until further notice. The right to withdraw under Article 12 of the attached General Terms and Conditions remains unaffected.
