Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use a shared PSV reference of 0.501205 €/Smc (12-month average, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.

Estimates include network charges, system levies, excise and VAT. Supplier unit prices and standing charges are shown before these additions.

Offer terms

Free-market offer for household customers.

  • Gritti Energia will notify the Customer in writing that it has accepted the supply request. In the event of a supplier switch, supply will subsequently be activated in compliance with the withdrawal notice periods for the previous supplier required by the regulations in force and will generally, unless otherwise notified, take place within 90 days of conclusion of the contract. Activation remains subject to checks on the creditworthiness and payment status of the customer/supply point, the accuracy and completeness of the data, the successful outcome of any preventive measures required by law, and activation of the transmission, distribution and dispatching services. In the case of a new activation or takeover, the local distributor’s activation process must be completed, and the charges applied by the local distributor under the regulations in force will be payable. In the case of a change of account holder, the request will be completed within four working days of receipt of the complete documentation, and the charges applied by the local distributor under the regulations in force will be payable.

  • The Customer may withdraw from the Contract at any time and without charge through the newly chosen Supplier, or directly if they wish to request deactivation of the supply, within the notice period and in accordance with the procedures established by the regulations in force and set out in the General Supply Conditions (Art. 14 – Conclusion, term, withdrawal from and assignment of the Contract).

  • A personal area and dedicated apps let customers view bills, check payment status, monitor consumption, and submit a meter reading each month.

  • The PSV Price Assessment Offer-Day Ahead index, published by European Spot Gas Markets in the ICIS Heren Report prepared by ICIS Heren. The charges applied by the Distributor for use of the networks and metering services, as well as the components currently in force, are subject to any indexation/changes established by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment, where applicable.

  • For ancillary and/or optional services related to the supply and performed by local distributors, Gritti Energia will bill the Customer the amounts charged to it, according to each distributor’s current price list. For processing each individual request for services other than the supply service itself (activation and deactivation of the supply/transfer of contract/change of account holder/reconnection/installation), a one-off charge of €30.00 (thirty euros) will be applied. This amount may change during the term of the contract, provided the Company notifies the Customer.

  • The conditions in this offer will apply for 12 months. Gritti Energia will notify the customer in writing of the financial terms that will apply after that period, giving 3 months’ notice before the period expires. If no such notice is given, these financial conditions will continue to apply until Gritti Energia gives notice that new financial terms will apply, with 3 months’ notice.

  • As required by ARERA, Gritti Energia must meet certain commercial quality standards. If these standards are not met, the Customer may be entitled to automatic compensation. Further information about handling complaints and disputes, quality standards, and automatic compensation provided for by the regulations is available in the General Supply Conditions (Article 15 – Written Communications and Complaints; Article 16 – Out-of-court Dispute Resolution; Article 15 bis – Commercial Quality Levels for Electricity and Natural Gas Sales Services; Article 12 ter – Automatic Compensation), in the annexes to this summary sheet, and at www.grittienergia.it. To protect consumers, Gritti Energia has also joined the restoration procedure for disputed contracts or activations provided for in Annex A to ARERA Resolution No. 228/17 (TIRV). Suppliers must also comply with the Consumer Code, ARERA’s Commercial Conduct Code, and current regulations on the social bonus and the resolution of disputes through out-of-court conciliation. If you are a vulnerable customer, as defined by current law, you may choose, instead of the offer described in this Sheet, the economic and contractual supply conditions set by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment. For further general information about your rights, including suppliers’ universal public service obligations, and about the Commercial Conduct Code, which sets specific rules of conduct for suppliers, visit the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment website at www.arera.it/consumatori or call the toll-free number 800.166.654. End customers may choose to use one of the consumer associations listed in Article 137 of the Consumer Code to manage their complaint and receive assistance with out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.

  • The Consumer Customer may exercise the right to reconsider and withdraw from the Contract without charge and without giving a reason by notifying Gritti Energia within 14 days from the date the Contract is concluded, using the appropriate form or by registered letter with return receipt or certified email (P.E.C.). The 14-day reconsideration period is extended to 30 days for Contracts concluded during unsolicited visits to a domestic end customer’s home or during excursions organized with the purpose or effect of promoting or selling electricity and/or natural gas supply Contracts to domestic end customers.

  • Bills will be issued at the frequency set out in the TIF (Integrated Billing Text), as further detailed in the General Supply Conditions (Article 10 — Billing). As an exception to that article, for customers with annual consumption between 251 and 5,000 Smc, bills will be issued monthly for consumption relating to the October–March period and every two months for consumption relating to the April–September period. Gritti Energia reserves the right to issue the first bill monthly.

  • The readings communicated by the local distributor will be used as the primary basis for determining consumption; the Customer may always submit a self-reading in accordance with the procedures and deadlines stated on the bill. If, for the same date, both a reading taken by the local Distributor and a valid self-reading from the end customer are available, Gritti Energia will use the latter for billing purposes. If there is no self-reading or actual reading, estimated consumption will be charged. It will be calculated by applying the percentage value of the withdrawal profile for the period being estimated, as established annually by ARERA with reference to the standard withdrawal profile stated under “use” in the Supply Request, and adjusted, where applicable, by applying the WKR climate coefficient, to the annual volume. The annual volume is determined on the basis of at least 6 months of actual historical consumption, or is equal to the volume initially stated by the Customer when the contract was concluded or communicated to the Company under the TISG. The Customer will be notified in writing of any unsuccessful attempts to take a reading. For further details, see the General Terms and Conditions of Supply (Art. 6 – Consumption readings).

  • If the Customer has not paid the bill by its due date, they will receive a formal notice of default by registered mail with return receipt or certified email (PEC), with the related postal costs charged to them. The notice will specify the final payment deadline. The period from the final customer’s receipt of that registered letter to the deadline for submitting a request to suspend supply will be at least 40 calendar days. If at least 3 (three) working days have elapsed after the final payment deadline without payment, and the deadline for submitting the suspension request has been observed, the local distributor will be asked to suspend supply due to non-payment, without further notice. The subsequent disconnection and reconnection costs (from a minimum of €9.98 to a maximum of €319.64, according to the local distributor’s current tariff for each active withdrawal point) will be charged to the Customer. If supply is suspended without a formal notice of default having been sent, automatic compensation of €30 will be paid. If Gritti Energia fails to observe the final payment deadline and/or the minimum period between that deadline and the date the request to the distribution company to suspend supply is made, automatic compensation of €20 will be paid. In the cases listed above, disconnection/reconnection costs will not be charged. Any previous unpaid bills are also listed on each bill. For payments made after the due date shown on the bill, default interest will be charged for the days of delay, calculated at the reference rate set by the ECB plus 3.5%. A customer with a good payment record—that is, a customer who has always paid bills by their due date during the previous two years—will be charged only statutory interest for the first ten days of delay.
