These Technical Economic Conditions ("CTE") integrate the clauses of the General Supply Conditions ("CGF") and, in the event of a conflict, prevail over the latter. Depending on the method of joining chosen by the customer, Enel Energia reserves the right to make this offer available for certain activation processes, giving appropriate information to the customer. Gas Price, given by the sum of the PSV price and the consumption contribution (α), the latter representing the costs for the raw material expenditure not covered by the PSV. The PSV is the monthly arithmetic average final value rounded to the third decimal place of the following prices expressed in Euro/MWh relating to PSV ICIS HEREN for each working day of the month
