Offer terms

Natural gas offer dedicated to domestic use sites. These Technical-Economic Conditions ("TEC") integrate the clauses of the general supply conditions ("GSC") and, in the event of a conflict, prevail over the latter. Depending on the signup method chosen by the customer, Enel Energia reserves the right to make this offer available for certain activation processes, providing appropriate information to the customer. For information, you can contact Customer Service. The offer consists of the following expense items: gas price and fixed fee. The Gas Price refers to gas supplied under standard conditions with a gross calorific value (GCV) equal to 0,03852 GJ/Smc. The fixed fee is given by the Commercialization and Sales Fee (CSF) defined by Enel Energia, and applied on a monthly basis. All the above fees are valid for 24 months starting from the supply activation date. Upon expiration of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia may send a written communication indicating their new values, according to the methods and timelines provided by art. 7.2 of the GSC. In the absence of this communication, the economic conditions of this offer, with the exception of any discounts and/or bonuses, will be tacitly extended in accordance with art. 7.2 of the GSC.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €30.00. DUAL BONUS

  • DUAL BONUS: if the Customer adheres to this offer and simultaneously to the Enel Move Luce offer, a bonus of €60 VAT included will apply for each supply, which will be recognized in two years in four installments equal to €15 each on the first, fourth, seventh and tenth bill as a deduction from the total amount billed. The percentage incidence of the discount and the dual bonus on the total expenditure for natural gas, excluding VAT and taxes, of a typical resident domestic customer, with annual consumption equal to 1.100 Smc, will be 2,7% DUAL BONUS: if the Customer adheres to this offer and simultaneously to the Enel Move Luce offer, a bonus of €60 VAT included will apply for each supply, which will be recognized in two years in four installments equal to €15 each on the first, fourth, seventh and tenth bill as a deduction from the total amount billed. The percentage incidence of the discount and the dual bonus on the total expenditure for natural gas, excluding VAT and taxes, of a typical resident domestic customer, with annual consumption equal to 1.100 Smc, will be 2,7%
