Enel Flash Gas is the natural gas offer dedicated to domestic sites. These Technical and Economic Conditions ("TEC") integrate the clauses of the general supply conditions ("GSC") and, in the event of a conflict, prevail over the latter. Depending on the method of joining chosen by the customer, Enel Energia reserves the right to make this offer available for certain activation processes, giving appropriate information to the customer. For information, you can contact Customer Service. The Gas Price refers to gas supplied under standard conditions with a superior calorific value (SCV) equal to 0,03852 GJ/Smc. The fixed fee is given by the Commercialization and Sales Fee (CCV) defined by Enel Energia, and applied on a monthly basis. All the fees indicated above have a validity of 24 months starting from the supply activation date. Upon expiration of the validity period of the aforementioned fees, Enel Energia may send a written communication indicating their new values, according to the methods and timelines provided by art. 7.2 of the GSC. In the absence of this communication, the economic conditions of this offer, with the exception of any discounts and/or bonuses, shall be tacitly extended in accordance with the provisions of art. 7.2 of the GSC.
