Offer terms

The gas offer is reserved for end customers with delivery points for domestic use who are currently supplied by another sales company and had an active contract with 4G Energia within the preceding 3 years (after 1 January 2020 and not during the current year). This offer applies regardless of the delivery point concerned, provided that the end Customer’s tax details have not changed since their previous supply contract with our sales company and that they have no outstanding amounts and/or arrears.

  • Offer available to customers whose supply point is already connected to the local distribution network.

  • No penalty applies for withdrawal. The contract has no fixed end date, and you may withdraw at any time. If you withdraw from the contract to change supplier, the new supplier will submit the withdrawal directly by the 10th of the month before the supplier change date. To end the supply and deactivate the withdrawal point, you must notify the supplier of your intention using the relevant form on the website.

  • For customers who decide to return to supply with 4G Energia, the offer provides for a €50 bonus, divided as follows: €25 will be deducted as a single credit from the first bill issued. After 12 months from returning to supply, a further €25 discount will be applied as a single credit to the first eligible bill. If the customer terminates early (before completing 12 months of supply), the second portion of the bonus will not be granted. For customers who decide to return to supply with 4G Energia, the offer provides for a €50 bonus, divided as follows: €25 will be deducted as a single credit from the first bill issued. After 12 months from returning to supply, a further €25 discount will be applied as a single credit to the first eligible bill. If the customer terminates early (before completing 12 months of supply), the second portion of the bonus will not be granted.
