Offer terms

Natural gas offer for households that use gas for domestic purposes (cooking, hot water production and heating). It is intended for people who want to benefit from the market by securing a price for the gas commodity that always tracks market trends. The reference index is the PSV, which varies monthly, is determined by the authority and can be easily checked at www.ARERA.it. An indexed-price offer, ideal for using gas throughout the day, with no particular time restrictions.

  • Offer available to customers whose supply point is already connected to the local distribution network.

  • No penalty applies for withdrawal. The contract has no fixed end date, and you may withdraw at any time. If you withdraw from the contract to change supplier, the new supplier will submit the withdrawal directly by the 10th of the month before the supplier change date. To end the supply and deactivate the withdrawal point, you must notify the supplier of your intention using the relevant form on the website.

The end customer must provide security in the form of a deposit. For household customers, payment by direct debit from a bank or postal account, or by credit card, is considered security. If the customer does not pay the deposit, the seller may ask the distributor to suspend the supply. The deposit is returned to the customer with interest calculated at the statutory rate.
