Offer terms

Fixed-price natural gas offer for domestic customers. For domestic customers only, the offer includes access to the OneNet Network through the company. The Service allows each customer (identified by the combination of their tax code and withdrawal point – POD/PdR), 8 people in their household, and a further 2 people who do not necessarily belong to the household to use discount coupons for healthcare services provided at more than 13,000 affiliated facilities throughout Italy. These economic conditions are valid only if the Customer chooses payment by Sepa Direct Debit (SDD). These economic conditions are valid only if the Customer consents to receiving the bill by email.

  • After 24 months of supply, unless the Supplier has notified the Customer of any updates to the economic terms under the procedures and timeframes in Article 13 of the Commercial Code of Conduct, the consumption charge formula will automatically change to (PSVda,m+ SPREAD). PSVda,m is the PSV index for supply month m, calculated for each supply month as the arithmetic average of the following quotations for each day of month m: if the reference day is a working day, the PSV quotation, expressed in €/MWh and converted to €/Smc using a conventional Higher Heating Value of 0,03852 GJ/Smc, is the average of the “Day Ahead” bid and offer quotations published by ICIS in the PSV Price Assessment section of the ICIS European Spot Gas Markets edition immediately preceding the reference day; if the reference day is a public holiday, the PSV quotation, expressed in €/MWh and converted to €/Smc using a conventional Higher Heating Value of 0,03852 GJ/Smc, is the average of the “Weekend” bid and offer quotations published by ICIS in the PSV Price Assessment section of the ICIS European Spot Gas Markets edition immediately preceding the reference day. SPREAD is the fixed, unchangeable charge representing the raw-material costs not covered by PSVda,m, equal to €0.16/Smc.

No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.
