Offer terms

Fixed natural gas offer for residential customers. For residential customers only, the offer includes access to the Network OneNet service through the company. The Service allows each customer (identified by the combination of their tax code and the withdrawal point—POD/PdR), 8 people in their household, and 2 additional people who do not necessarily belong to the household to use discount coupons for healthcare services provided at more than 13,000 affiliated facilities throughout Italy.

  • After 24 months of supply, unless the Supplier communicates any updates to the economic terms in accordance with the methods and deadlines set out in Article 13 of the Commercial Code of Conduct, the formula for the consumption charge will automatically be replaced by the formula (PSVda,m+ SPREAD), where PSVda,m is the PSV index for supply month m, calculated for each supply month as the arithmetic average of the following quotations for each day of month m: if the reference day is a working day, the PSV quotation, expressed in €/MWh and converted to €/Smc using a conventional Higher Heating Value of 0.03852 GJ/Smc, is the average of the “Day Ahead” bid and offer quotations published by ICIS in the PSV Price Assessment section of the edition of ICIS European Spot Gas Markets immediately preceding the reference day; if the reference day is a public holiday, the PSV quotation, expressed in €/MWh and converted to €/Smc using a conventional Higher Heating Value of 0.03852 GJ/Smc, is the average of the “Weekend” bid and offer quotations published by ICIS in the PSV Price Assessment section of the edition of ICIS European Spot Gas Markets immediately preceding the reference day. SPREAD is the charge representing the costs of procuring the raw material not covered by PSVda,m; it is fixed and unchanging at €0.18/Smc.

No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.

  • A discount will be applied to the charges for sales services, prorated according to the number of days in each month, for the entire supply period, unless a future notice is sent in accordance with Article 13 of Annex A to Resolution 366/2018/R/com. The discount requires consent to receive bills exclusively by email. It will be applied separately to each bill for which the requirements for the discount are met at the time the bill is issued. (Optional discount.)

  • A discount will be applied to the charges for sales services, prorated according to the number of days in each month, for the entire supply period, unless a future notice is sent in accordance with Article 13 of Annex A to Resolution 366/2018/R/com. The discount requires the SDD direct debit mandate to be correctly set up. It will be applied separately to each bill for which the requirements for the discount are met at the time the bill is issued. (Optional discount.) Bank direct debit

  • The above discount will be applied to the charges for supply services during the first two years of supply, in proportion to the number of days in each month. In the event of early withdrawal, a change of account holder, or termination, the remaining value cannot be transferred to another customer or supply account, refunded, or offset.
