  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

Annual seller charges

€162 / year

an amount set at €162 per PDR/year, replacing the QVD component “charge for retail sales and marketing activities”, as defined by the TIVG

Discount conditions

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €30.00 / year. Annual Bonus of €30

  • By signing up for [NOME], the customer will receive a €30 bonus on their gas supply, divided into 3 bonuses of €10 each, which will be credited to the customer as follows: the first on the bill for the first month of supply; the second on the bill for the sixth month of supply; and the third on the bill for the twelfth month of supply. If the customer exercises the right to terminate the contract to switch supplier during the first twelve months from the supply contract activation date, any remaining bonuses will not be paid, and Iren Mercato reserves the right to charge the customer on their bill for the full amount of the bonuses paid up to that point. If supply ends through termination or a change of account holder before twelve months have elapsed from the activation date of the aforementioned supply contract, any remaining bonuses will not be paid.
