  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

Annual seller charges

€156 / year

An amount of €156.00 per gas delivery point per year (shown on the bill as the Fixed QVD component).

Discount conditions

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €48.00 / year. Monthly bonus of €4 per month for 24

  • By joining [NOME] and simultaneously entering into the natural gas supply contract and the purchase contract for one of the products covered by the offer, the customer will receive a monthly Bonus of €4 on their natural gas supply for the first 24 months of supply. If the customer exercises the right to terminate due to a supplier switch during the first forty-eight months from the supply contract activation date, Iren Mercato will pay the bonuses accrued up to the effective date of termination, as provided for in the General Supply Conditions; likewise, in other cases of termination, Iren Mercato will pay the bonuses accrued up to the date the contract actually ends. In addition, Iren Mercato may stop paying the bonuses in the cases governed by the general conditions of the product purchase contract.
