  • For a switch-in (change of supplier), supply will be activated within 3 months of the contract’s conclusion. For other supply requests (for example, takeover, transfer of the contract, or activation), the timelines for concluding the contract are set out in Article 2 of the General Supply Conditions. Any charges the Supplier applies for activating the contract are detailed in Article 20 of the General Supply Conditions and in the Economic Conditions. In all cases, the time needed for the Distributor’s activities and the billing of any charges set by the Distributor are additional.

Annual seller charges

€156 / year

An amount of €156.00 per gas delivery point per year (shown on the bill as the Fixed QVD component).

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €60.00 / year. Monthly Bonus €5 for 24 months

  • By joining [NOME], the Customer will receive a monthly Bonus of €5 on their bill for 24 months. If the Customer exercises the right to terminate due to a supplier switch during the 24 months following activation of the offer, Iren Mercato will pay the bonuses accrued up to the effective date of termination, as provided for in the General Supply Conditions; likewise, in other cases of termination, Iren Mercato will pay the bonuses accrued up to the contract validity date.
