F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Variable-price offer for the combined supply of electricity and gas (cooking, hot water and/or heating, and electricity (low voltage)), reserved for new customers activating an electricity and gas supply, and existing vivi energia household customers who move to a new home and wish to activate an offer for 100% green electricity and gas with vivi energia at their new home as well. The offer includes electricity and gas on a single bill.

  • Valid for all contract activation processes.

No security deposit is required when switching supplier.
