F1: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00, excluding national holidays.

F2: Monday–Friday, 07:00–08:00 and 19:00–23:00; Saturday, 07:00–23:00. National holidays excluded.

F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Variable-price electricity offer for domestic customers. For domestic customers only, the offer includes access to the OneNet Network through the company. The Service allows each customer (identified by the combination of their tax code and withdrawal point – POD/PdR), 8 people in their household, and a further 2 people who do not necessarily belong to the household to use discount coupons for healthcare services provided at more than 13,000 affiliated facilities throughout Italy. These economic conditions are valid only if the Customer chooses payment by Sepa Direct Debit (SDD). These economic conditions are valid only if the Customer consents to receiving the bill by email.
