F3: Monday–Saturday, 23:00–07:00; all day on Sundays and national holidays.

Offer terms

Two-year variable-price offer reserved for new household end customers who are not already Vivi Energia customers and who sign a new 100% green electricity (low-voltage) contract with Vivi Energia, and for Vivi Energia customers who wish to renegotiate their contractual offer. Available for sign-up through inbound sales and in stores. The offer provides a bonus of €60 per supply on the bill in the sixth month and, from the second year, a bonus of up to €72 per supply if consumption is reduced compared with the previous year.

  • Electronic billing discount, valid for the entire service term.

  • Direct debit discount (SDD), valid for the entire service period. SDD discount.

  • The bonus will be credited to the bill as a single payment in the sixth month of supply.

  • Starting from the first month of the second year of supply, a bonus of €3 per PDF will be granted for each month in which consumption is lower than consumption in the same month of the previous year. The bonus can be redeemed only by enrolling in the free VIVI VIP loyalty program at www.vivienergia.it/programma-fedelta.

  • Starting from year n, at the end of the twelfth month of each year of supply, a Customer whose supply is still active receives an additional one-time bonus of €36 per PDF, credited within the free VIVI vip loyalty platform, if the total consumption over the twelve months of year n is lower than the total consumption over the twelve months of the previous year. The bonus can be redeemed only by enrolling in the free VIVI VIP loyalty program at www.vivienergia.it/programma-fedelta.

  • If you purchase one of our energy-saving solutions while the contract is in force, the monthly "Si può fare di meno" bonus and the "Superbonus finale" double, up to a maximum of 72 euros, for two years from the purchase of the energy-saving solution. The bonus can be redeemed only by joining the free VIVI VIP loyalty program at www.vivienergia.it/programma-fedelta.
