  • Starting from the first month of the second year of supply, a bonus of €3 per PDF will be granted for each month in which consumption is lower than consumption in the same month of the previous year.   • Starting from year n, at the end of the twelfth month of each year of supply, a Customer whose supply is still active receives an additional one-time bonus of €36 per PDF, credited within the free VIVI vip loyalty platform, if the total consumption over the twelve months of year n is lower than the total consumption over the twelve months of the previous year. The bonus can be redeemed only by enrolling in the free VIVI VIP loyalty program at www.vivienergia.it/programma-fedelta.

  • If you purchase one of our energy-saving solutions while the contract is in force, the monthly "Si può fare di meno" bonus and the "Superbonus finale" double, up to a maximum of 72 euros, for two years from the purchase of the energy-saving solution.
