  • These Economic Terms will remain unchanged for twelve months from the Supply Activation Date or, if supply is already active, from the date stated in the renewal notice. At the end of that period, Enerviva may change the Economic Terms by giving the Customer written notice at least three months before the change takes effect. If no such notice is given, these Economic Terms will be extended month by month until a new notice is issued. The Customer may terminate without charge by choosing a new supplier. If the Customer does not terminate, the notified changes will be deemed accepted. Unless proven otherwise, the notice is presumed received ten days after Enerviva sends it.
