Hera PiùControllo ACTIVE is the offer that lets you keep track of your consumption and spending. Monthly billing spreads out your expenses, and you can receive a monthly Consumption Diary to understand how to use less energy and save. Also, if you already have a second-generation meter, the Hera 2G app lets you check your hourly electricity consumption every day and find out in advance which price band will be most advantageous. The price applied to your consumption to cover the energy component will follow the trend of the National Single Price for electricity (PUN), with a small charge on consumption and a monthly charge set according to your annual consumption. You also get electricity certified as produced exclusively from renewable sources and guaranteed by “GO” (Guarantees of Origin) certificates.

  • Activation of supply, and therefore the effectiveness of the contract, is conditional on the Customer having no previous outstanding debts attributable to them and on a satisfactory assessment of their creditworthiness (credit check). The timelines for starting performance of the contract are: within a maximum of 10 working days for activations without a change of supplier, and within a maximum of 50 days for activations involving a change of supplier. For the supply points covered by the contract, the Customer authorises the Company to enter into electricity transport agreements with the local Distributor and dispatching agreements with TERNA S.p.A., either directly or through a Group company.

If the customer does not set up direct debit for bill payments, a security deposit is required under the terms described in Article 4 of the General Contract Conditions, up to a maximum of €300 for natural gas supply and €11.50/kW for electricity supply.
