The offer includes electricity certified as produced exclusively from renewable sources and guaranteed by “GO” (Guarantees of Origin) certificates for the entire supply period. In addition, if you already have a second-generation meter, you can use the My Hera app to monitor your consumption, down to the hour!

  • If the customer terminates the supply contract before the first expiry date of the validity period of these economic terms, an early termination fee will apply. The amount of the fee will be determined taking into account, among other factors, the value of forward energy prices on the relevant markets, recorded in the month in which termination is exercised and relating to the period between the effective date of termination and the aforementioned expiry date, as well as the costs incurred by Hera Comm S.p.A. to acquire the customer. The fee will not exceed €200 and may be set at a lower amount if the economic loss directly incurred by Hera Comm S.p.A. as a result of early termination is less than that amount.

If the customer does not set up direct debit for bill payments, a security deposit is required under the terms described in Article 4 of the General Contract Conditions, up to a maximum of €300 for natural gas supply and €11.50/kW for electricity supply.
