With PiùControllo FLAT Special, you can rely on a fixed price to protect you from possible market increases. The offer includes electricity certified as produced exclusively from renewable sources and backed by “GO” (Guarantees of Origin) certificates for the entire supply period. Also, if you already have a second-generation meter, the My Hera app lets you monitor your consumption down to the hour.

  • Activation of supply, and therefore the effectiveness of the contract, is conditional on the Customer having no previous outstanding debts attributable to them and on a satisfactory assessment of their creditworthiness (credit check). The timelines for starting performance of the contract are: within a maximum of 10 working days for activations without a change of supplier, and within a maximum of 50 days for activations involving a change of supplier. For the supply points covered by the contract, the Customer authorises the Company to enter into electricity transport agreements with the local Distributor and dispatching agreements with TERNA S.p.A., either directly or through a Group company.

If the customer does not set up direct debit for bill payments, a security deposit is required under the terms described in Article 4 of the General Contract Conditions, up to a maximum of €300 for natural gas supply and €11.50/kW for electricity supply.

  • The €50 bonus will be granted for each supply point in 2 equal instalments, paid in equal amounts in the sixth and twelfth months of supply. If the supply relationship ends before all the bonus instalments have been paid, the Customer will not be entitled to any unpaid bonus instalments. The bonus is for new customers new customer
