Fixed-price electricity offer for residential customers. These financial terms are valid only if the customer chooses payment by Sepa Direct Debit (SDD). The offer is reserved exclusively for new customers (switches, reactivations, account transfers, new activations and meter installations).

  • At the end of the period for which the economic terms apply, unless the Supplier has communicated any renewals or updates to those terms in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in Article 13 of the Code of Conduct, the terms will be automatically adjusted by applying, each month, the average price by time band (as defined in ARERA Resolution 181/06, “Update of time bands effective 1 January 2007”) of the “Pun Index Gme” parameter, increased by network losses and €0.0319/kWh, in addition to all the other specified components. The “Pun Index Gme” is calculated by GME as the average of zonal prices weighted by the quantities purchased, for zonal portfolios drawing electricity in each geographical market zone (Article 2-13.3.9 of the Integrated Text on Electricity Dispatching).

No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.
