Offer terms

Fixed-price electricity offer for domestic customers. For domestic customers only, the offer includes access to the OneNet Network through the company. The Service allows each customer (identified by the combination of their tax code and withdrawal point – POD/PdR), 8 people in their household, and a further 2 people who do not necessarily belong to the household to use discount coupons for healthcare services provided at more than 13,000 affiliated facilities throughout Italy.   • When the term of the Economic Terms expires, unless the Supplier has notified the Customer of any renewal or update under the procedures and timeframes in Article 13 of the Code of Conduct, those terms will automatically be adjusted monthly using the average price by time band (as defined in ARERA Resolution 181/06, “Update of time bands effective 1 January 2007”) for the “Pun Index Gme” parameter, increased by network losses and €0.0176/kWh, in addition to all other specified components. The “Pun Index Gme” is calculated by GME as the volume-weighted average of zonal prices for withdrawal portfolios in each geographical market zone (Article 2-13.3.9 of the Integrated Text on Electricity Dispatching).

No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.
