Supply will begin on the first available date communicated by Ermes Gas & Power to the Customer. Ermes Gas & Power’s performance of the contract is subject to the condition that the Customer is not suspended for non-payment when Ermes Gas & Power requests activation of the supply from the Distributor. Upon concluding the contract, the Customer grants Ermes Gas & Power, which accepts, an exclusive and irrevocable mandate without representation for the entire term of the contract, authorising it, after the contract is completed, to manage in its own name and in the Customer’s interest the contract for the provision of the transport service, including receipt and management of meter and consumption data, as well as the contract for managing the connection of the sites. For activities requested by the Customer relating to services within the Distributor’s remit, Ermes Gas & Power will charge the Customer amounts equal to the charges provided for by the applicable regulations, as well as any charges invoiced to Ermes Gas & Power by the Distributor, plus a fee of Euro 45,45 excluding VAT.

100% of the CO2 emissions from the combustion of the Natural Gas covered by this offer will be offset through the purchase of carbon credits certifying participation in international energy-efficiency projects implemented in various locations around the world that reduce or avoid greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.

Coinvolgente 2.0 Discount: Customers who take up this offer and refer potential customers to Ermes Gas&Power, who in turn sign a contract with Ermes Gas&Power for the supply of electricity and/or natural gas under “Coinvolgente 2.0,” will receive a discount of three (3) E-COINS for each Smc billed by Ermes Gas&Power to the Referred Customer. If the Referred Customer then refers a potential customer who signs a Coinvolgente Contract with Ermes Gas&Power, thereby becoming a Sub-referred Customer, the Customer signing this form will receive a discount of two (2) E-COINS for each Smc billed to the Sub-referred Customer. If the Sub-referred Customer then refers a potential customer who signs a Coinvolgente Contract with Ermes Gas&Power, the Customer signing this form will receive a discount of one (1) E-COIN for each Smc billed to that customer. Each E-COIN is worth €0.00. Paperless bill discount: If the bill is sent by email, Ermes Gas & Power will apply a discount of €2.00/month/PdP on the annual charge for natural gas supply. Excise duty discount: Customers entitled to reduced excise duties will receive a discount equal to the excise duties invoiced, applied to the list price of the energy component. Other customers will receive a discount of €0.0125/Smc, which is the charge provided for reduced excise duties.

The offer is for all customers who hold contracts for sites intended for domestic use.

Club Plus Ermes: By joining “Club Plus Ermes”, the Customer may access and benefit for one year from the guarantees included in the "Cooperando Energy 60" Health Coverage under the agreement entered into by Ermes Gas & Power with Cassa Mutua MBA for the benefit of its end customers as members. The “Cooperando Energy 60” Health Coverage under the aforementioned agreement has a price reserved for Ermes Gas & Power customers of 198.00 euros/year, which will be paid by Ermes Gas & Power directly to Cassa Mutua MBA and then recharged to the Customer on the electricity supply bill in 12 monthly instalments of €16.50 per month.
