Fixed-price natural gas offer for domestic customers. For domestic customers only, the offer includes access to the OneNet Network through the company. The service allows each customer (identified by the combination of their tax code and the electricity withdrawal point or gas redelivery point—POD/PdR), 8 members of their household, and up to 2 additional people who need not belong to the household to use discount coupons for healthcare services provided at more than 13,000 affiliated facilities throughout Italy. The offer is reserved for new customers only (supplier switches, takeovers, account transfers, new activations, and meter installations).

  • The Offer is reserved exclusively for new customers (supplier switches, reconnections, changes of account holder, new activations, and meter installations).

  • After 12 months of supply, unless the Supplier has notified any updates to the economic conditions in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in Article 13 of the Commercial Code of Conduct, the consumption charge formula will automatically be replaced by (PSVda,m + SPREAD). PSVda,m is the PSV index for supply month m, calculated for each supply month as the arithmetic mean of the following quotations for each day of month m: if the reference day is a working day, the PSV quotation, expressed in euros/MWh and converted into euros/Smc using a conventional gross calorific value of 0.03852 GJ/Smc, is the average of the Day Ahead bid and offer quotations published by ICIS in the PSV Price Assessment section of the edition of ICIS European Spot Gas Markets immediately preceding the reference day; if the reference day is a public holiday, the PSV quotation, expressed in euros/MWh and converted into euros/Smc using a conventional gross calorific value of 0.03852 GJ/Smc, is the average of the Weekend bid and offer quotations published by ICIS in the PSV Price Assessment section of the edition of ICIS European Spot Gas Markets immediately preceding the reference day. SPREAD is the charge representing commodity costs not covered by PSVda,m; it is fixed and unchanged at 0.2 euros/Smc.

No security deposit is required when paying by RID/SDD direct debit.

  • A discount will be applied to the charges for sales services, prorated according to the number of days in each month, for the entire supply period, unless a future notice is sent in accordance with Article 13 of Annex A to Resolution 366/2018/R/com. The discount requires consent to receive bills exclusively by email. It will be applied separately to each bill for which the requirements for the discount are met at the time the bill is issued.   • A discount will be applied to the charges for sales services, prorated according to the number of days in each month, for the entire supply period, unless a future notice is sent in accordance with Article 13 of Annex A to Resolution 366/2018/R/com.
