The “FAMIGLIA SPENSIERATA + GAS” offer has a fixed price and is available to all customers who hold sites for household use. The natural gas commodity price consists of: a) a consumption charge (fixed price of €0.8449/Smc), and b) an annual charge of €263.88/year/PdP. The offer provides for a monthly installment calculated based on annual consumption over the previous 12 months. The monthly installment is subject to adjustment against the amounts actually due under this offer. At the end of the 12-month supply period, or if supply ends for any reason, Enegan will calculate the difference between the amounts paid by the customer and those actually due under this offer based on the customer's actual consumption, and will debit or credit the corresponding amount paid in deficit or excess.

  • Supply will begin on the first available date communicated by Enegan to the Customer. Enegan’s performance of the contract is subject to the condition that the Customer is not suspended for non-payment when Enegan requests activation of the supply from the Distributor. Upon concluding the contract, the Customer grants Enegan, which accepts, an exclusive and irrevocable mandate without representation for the entire term of the contract, authorising it, after the contract is completed, to manage in its own name and in the Customer’s interest the contract for the provision of the transport service, including receipt and management of meter and consumption data, as well as the contract for managing the connection of the sites. For activities requested by the Customer relating to services within the Distributor’s remit, Enegan will charge the Customer amounts equal to the charges provided for by the applicable regulations, as well as any charges invoiced to Enegan by the Distributor, plus a fee of Euro 45,45 excluding VAT.

  • The offer is available to all customers with sites for household use.

Any security deposits may be agreed directly with the Customer. The deposit will be refunded after the due date shown on the closing bill, with statutory interest added, provided the Customer has no overdue debts.

Discount conditions
