Fixed commercialization and sales service

Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use a shared PSV reference of 0.501205 €/Smc (12-month average, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.

Estimates include network charges, system levies, excise and VAT. Supplier unit prices and standing charges are shown before these additions.

Bee Safe is an offer from Ape for all household customers who hold a delivery point for household use. The offer consists of natural gas supply with a fixed price for the gas commodity component, expressed in €/Smc, fixed until 31/12/2029.

  • No conditions

  • If the end customer terminates the contractual relationship before the fixed-price offer naturally expires, an early termination charge will be applied on the final bill or the first available bill after supply ends. This charge is set at €1.99 (one/€99) for each remaining month between the actual date supply ends and the scheduled expiry date of the fixed-price period.

Ape S.r.l. does not require any security deposit (if the Customer’s solvency assessment is positive).

Discount conditions

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

  • If bills are sent exclusively by email (Bollett@mail) and payment is made by direct debit to a current account (SEPA), a discount of €9/year/pdr will be applied to the bill. If, at any time and for any reason, direct debit from a bank or postal account (SEPA) and/or Bollett@mail are no longer active, the discount will no longer apply from the date on which direct debit and/or Bollett@mail is deactivated.
