The offer is reserved for private customers with domestic natural gas supply points in the Autonomous Provinces of Bolzano and Trento who simultaneously subscribe to a free market electricity offer or already have an active electricity supply contract with Alperia Smart Services on the free market. The offer can only be subscribed in the event of a request for a supplier change or offer change. The applied price is fixed and unchanged for 36 months starting from the supply activation date. Starting from the 37th month of supply, however, a fee "P" derived from the following formula will be applied to all of the customer's monthly consumption: P = PSVi + spread, where PSVi is equal to the monthly average of the PSV price published by ICIS Heren.

  • The offer does not include any additional fees for the execution of extra services requested by the Customer, such as, by way of example but not limited to: transfer of ownership, disconnection of supply at the request of the end customer, disconnection of supply due to default, reactivation of supply due to default, change of power of an already active point upon customer request. For such services, in addition to the contributions applied by the distributor company pursuant to the TIC, a fixed fee contribution equal to 23,00 euros will be applied. Taxes and VAT will be added to the bill. Where subject to automatic inclusion, provisions imposed by laws or measures of public authorities or other competent bodies that entail modifications, integrations, or repeals to the contract clauses or to the fees and/or charges applicable thereto will be incorporated into the contract. Furthermore, the contract, during its validity, is considered modified by law through the inclusion of contractual clauses and technical regulations defined by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment. For anything not specified herein, reference is made to the general supply conditions which form an integral part of this offer.
