SALE OF NATURAL GAS: Acea Pinerolese Energia S.r.l. (hereinafter, Acea) will apply to the volumes of gas withdrawn a price equal to the Raw Material component CMPt, calculated for each month t as follows: CMPt = CMEM,m + €0.1900/Smc. CMEM,m is as defined by the TIVG under Resolution 64/09, as amended and supplemented. The CMPt component (the value shown above refers to a PCS of 0.03852 GJ/Smc) as actually applied will be adjusted to the PCS parameter value for the distribution system serving the supply. The following is included among the natural gas supply charges: *QVG equal to €144/PDR/year. TARIFF FOR USE OF THE NATURAL GAS NETWORK: This consists of charges equal to the costs and expenses incurred by Acea Pinerolese Energia S.r.l. in connection with natural gas transport, metering, meter management and distribution services, which are defined and updated by ARERA. GENERAL SYSTEM CHARGES: These consist of charges payable by Acea Pinerolese Energia S.r.l. to cover these charges, as defined and updated by ARERA. Prices exclude taxes.
