Offer available to sign up for after 12 months of supply with 4G Energia, subject to payment by direct debit from a bank account.

  • Offer available to customers whose supply point is already connected to the local distribution network.

  • No penalty applies for withdrawal. The contract has no fixed end date, and you may withdraw at any time. If you withdraw from the contract to change supplier, the new supplier will submit the withdrawal directly by the 10th of the month before the supplier change date. To end the supply and deactivate the withdrawal point, you must notify the supplier of your intention using the relevant form on the website.

The end customer must provide security in the form of a deposit. For household customers, payment by direct debit from a bank or postal account, or by credit card, is considered security. If the customer does not pay the deposit, the seller may ask the distributor to suspend the supply. The deposit is returned to the customer with interest calculated at the statutory rate.

Discount conditions

Check each discount’s conditions. Do not deduct it again if it is already included in a price; discounts may not combine.

Bill discount, subject to conditions: €30.00 / year. GOLD SDD BONUS

  • Choosing payment by bank debit (SDD) earns a bonus of €21/year and waives the security deposit otherwise required for payment by postal bill.
