Offer terms

Fixed price offer ideal for gas use throughout the day, with no specific schedules. The gas supplied to your home will be valued by applying the fixed price defined in the offer and invariable for 24 months of supply to your consumption. Starting from the 25 month, the value of the arithmetic mean of the PSBIL index in the reference month will be applied to the Gas Component price, increased by a fee to cover wholesale market activities defined by the Supplier in the offer. The PSBIL, "Daily purchase imbalance price", is defined in art. 5 of Annex A to resolution 312/2016/R/gas and subsequent amendments - Integrated Text of Balancing - and calculated with reference to the data functional to the determination of the imbalance price published on the Energy Markets Operator website www.mercatoelettrico.org. This price is adjusted in the bill to the PCS of the location where the supply is located, based on the standard PCS parameter (GJ/Smc) equal to 0,03852 GJ/Smc. Included in the offer is a dedicated assistance service via toll-free number and WhatsApp.

  • The supply activation date will be stated in the welcome letter, which will be sent to the customer within 40 days of signing. Electricity and/or natural gas supply is subject to the relevant parties activating the electricity transportation and dispatching services and/or the natural gas transportation and distribution services. Supply will begin once the Customer’s termination of contracts with previous suppliers has taken effect.

  • If the customer terminates the contract because the electricity or natural gas supply point is to be deactivated, they must send the supplier written notice by registered mail at least 1 (one) month before the deactivation takes effect.

  • The Customer may exercise the right to withdraw during the cooling-off period within 14 days of the date the contract is concluded, including for only one supply, by notifying the Supplier by registered letter with return receipt, by email to assistenzaclienti.it@axpo.com, or by certified email (PEC), using the specific template provided by the Supplier and downloadable from its website. If withdrawing in order to change supplier, the Customer shall give the Supplier specific authorization to withdraw, in the Customer’s name and on the Customer’s behalf, from the supply contract with the outgoing supplier. If the household Customer wishes to change supplier, they may withdraw from the Contract at any time and without charge. The new supplier is required to send the relevant notice to the Integrated Information System (SII). If withdrawing for reasons other than changing supplier (for example, deactivation of the supply point), the Customer shall notify the Supplier of the withdrawal in the form and manner set out in Article 20 (communications). If the switch is notified by the 10th day of the supply month (month M), it will take effect on the first day of the following month (month M+1). If the switch is notified after the 10th day of the supply month (month M), the withdrawal will take effect on the first day of the second following supply month (M+2). In all cases, the Supplier may withdraw from the Contract for any reason by notifying the Customer by registered letter, with at least 6 (six) months’ notice.
