The “vivicaldo” offer, intended exclusively for residential end customers who purchase a new boiler at a vivistore, guarantees a commodity price updated monthly in line with the psv day-ahead index and waives the entire fixed charge for two years, for a total of €312.

  • Valid for all processes only when combined with the purchase of a new boiler at the store.

No security deposit is required when switching supplier.

  • 100% discount on the fixed charge for the first 24 months, applied monthly to the bill. The discount is available only when a boiler is purchased at the store at the same time. It is paid in instalments on the bill provided that the supply is active; otherwise, the portion of the discount not used will not be paid.
