  • Offer for residential end customers.

If the automatic payment method (SEPA) has not been accepted or has failed, LENERGIA SpA will charge a security deposit as follows: - Customers who do not receive the social Bonus: 30 euros up to 500 smc per year; 90 euros up to 1500 smc per year; 150 euros up to 2500 smc per year; 300 euros up to 5000 smc per year; one month of average annual consumption per customer for consumption above 5000 smc per year. - Customers who receive the social Bonus: 25 euros up to 500 smc per year; 77 euros up to 5000 smc per year; one month of average annual consumption per customer for consumption above 5000 smc per year. The security deposit is increased by twice the amount indicated above if, during the preceding 365 days, the Customer was served with a formal demand for payment for at least two invoices, whether consecutive or not; for customers who do not receive the gas bonus only, the increase also applies if the required security deposit has not been paid and they were served with a formal demand for payment for one invoice during the preceding 365 days (see art 10 G CGF).
