  • Service activation

For gas supply, to secure the obligations arising under the Contract, ègreen reserves the right to require the Customer at any time to pay a €30 security deposit for household supply points. ègreen may require an increase to the deposit if, during the supply period, significant changes in annual consumption and/or the Customer’s financial circumstances increase the risk of non-payment (for example, repeated late payments or failure to pay two bills, whether consecutive or not). No security deposit will be due if the Customer, with consumption not exceeding 5,000 Smc/year, sets up bank or postal direct debit for bill payments at any time during the contractual relationship. In that case, any deposit already paid will be refunded in the first available billing cycle.
