Service activation
If the Customer chooses to pay by a method other than direct debit (SDD), the Supplier may request the payment of a security deposit or the provision of another equivalent guarantee. The amounts of the security deposit are defined by article 10 of the General Supply Conditions. The amount of the deposit or guarantee will be charged on the first available bill. The security deposit or guarantee may also be requested by the Supplier from the Customer at any time in the event of non-payment or delayed payment of the amounts due by the Customer pursuant to the Contract.
