Standing charge
Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use a shared PSV reference of 0.501205 €/Smc (12-month average, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.
Estimates include network charges, system levies, excise and VAT. Supplier unit prices and standing charges are shown before these additions.

VARIABLE OFFER BASED ON THE PSV WITH A SPREAD FIXED FOR 12 MONTHS FOR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of the technical and financial checks carried out by EnergieChiare upon receipt of the contract proposal. Following these checks, EnergieChiare will send the Customer a communication confirming that the contract has taken effect and stating the actual start date of the supply.
If the Customer terminates the contract in order to deactivate the withdrawal point, the Customer must send EnergieChiare written notice by registered mail at least 1 (one) month before the deactivation takes effect. In all cases, supply deactivation procedures follow the requirements set out by ARERA in Resolution No. 302/2016/R/com.
The Customer may terminate the Contract at any time, subject to the notice periods set out in ARERA Resolution 302/2016/R/com. Specifically, Customers whose withdrawal points are all supplied at low voltage may always terminate the contract free of charge by appointing a new supplier, provided this is done by the 10th day of the month preceding the planned start date of the new supply. Customers with even one withdrawal point supplied at medium voltage may also terminate the Contract, with 6 (six) months’ notice; this right may be exercised only after 6 months of actual supply.
These conditions are valid for 12 months from the start of supply. 60 days before expiry, EnergieChiare will send the Customer a proposal to renew the offer’s economic conditions. If EnergieChiare sends no communication, these economic conditions will be extended by 12 months every 12 months until further notice. The general contractual conditions are those for the free market defined by EnergieChiare.
Tariff Change Option: During the term of the contract, the customer may request to switch to a new offer from those available at the time of the request. A plan change may be requested provided that the supply points are supplied by EnergieChiare and no termination notice or request to switch to another supplier has been received. The first date on which the new technical and economic terms may take effect is the 1st day of the month following the month in which the new offer is signed. The Tariff Change will incur a one-time cost of €25 (excluding VAT) per supply point, charged on the first invoice after the change.
60 before the technical and economic terms expire, the Customer will receive a notice setting out the new rates that will apply from the 13th month of supply.
