Variable-price household gas offer

  • Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

If direct debit from the bank account is deactivated, the Customer must pay a security deposit to guarantee the obligations undertaken, in the following amount: €30.00 up to 500 Smc/year; €90.00 from 501 Smc/year up to 1,500 Smc/year; €150.00 from 1,501 Smc/year up to 2,500 Smc/year; €300.00 from 2,501 Smc/year up to 5,000 Smc/year; one month of average annual consumption for consumption above 5,000 Smc/year. This amount will be charged on the first bill issued after the contract is signed. This Guarantee will remain valid for as long as the “Contract” between the “Seller” and the “Customer” remains in force.
