Activation of the supply is subject to the successful outcome of checks confirming the absence of previous payment defaults and an assessment of the Customer’s creditworthiness.

The Customer declares to have read and expressly accept the following conditions: 1) Penalty of €150.00: in the event of the Customer exiting Megawatt before the contract expiration, in the cases provided for by the subscribed offer, the application of a penalty equal to €150.00 is foreseen. 2) Failed RID/SDD debit: if the direct debit on the current account fails for the second consecutive month, the commercial offer may be modified and replaced with the one indicated in the following point 4. In this circumstance, the penalty of €150.00 will be applied. 3) Change of payment method: if the Customer requests the switch from direct debit on current account to payment by payment slip, the commercial offer will be modified and replaced with the one indicated in the following point 4. 4) Commercial offers applicable as replacement: Mega Gas. The Customer declares to have been informed of the conditions reported above and to expressly accept the application of the penalty of €150.00 in the indicated cases, as well as the possible variation of the commercial offer according to the methods described above.
