If direct debit from the bank account is deactivated, the Customer must pay a security deposit to guarantee the obligations undertaken, equal to: €70.00 up to 500 Smc/year; €70.00 from 501 Smc/year up to 1,500 Smc/year; €70.00 from 1,501 Smc/year up to 2,500 Smc/year; €70.00 from 2,501 Smc/year up to 5,000 Smc/year; 0 months of average annual consumption; over 5,000 Smc/year. This amount will be charged on the first bill issued after the contract is signed. This Guarantee will remain valid for as long as the Contract between the Seller and the Customer is in force.
