Standing charge
Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use a shared PSV reference of 0.501205 €/Smc (12-month average, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.

For final customers with natural-gas delivery points for HOUSEHOLD USE
Supply is conditional on there being no previous outstanding debts and on a positive creditworthiness assessment (credit check). Gasway grants the Customer an advance discount on the free-market sales component (CML) of €2.00/month, applied as a reduction to the CML on the first 24 bills from the supply activation date, for a total advance discount of €48.00. For each complete month of active supply with Gasway, the Customer accrues entitlement to a €2.00 discount. It accrues progressively: upon completion of month 24, the Customer will have accrued the full advance amount. If supply ends due to termination or a supplier switch within the first 24 months from activation, Gasway is entitled to recover in the final bill only the difference between the advance discount already applied and the discount actually accrued as of the effective date of termination.
The Contract has an indefinite term.
