Offer terms

The "Fisso Home" offer is a fixed-price offer accessible to all domestic customers. The gas commodity price consists of: a) consumption fee (fixed price equal to €0.6186/SMC), b) annual fee equal to €263.88/year/PdP.

  • The supply activation date will be indicated by Ermes Gas & Power at the contact details provided in the supply proposal for receiving communications from Ermes Gas & Power. Upon conclusion of the contract, the customer grants Ermes Gas & Power, which accepts, for the entire duration of the contract, an exclusive and irrevocable mandate without representation, so that the latter, after the finalization of the contract, manages in its own name and in the Customer's interest the contract concerning the provision of the transport service, including the receipt and management of measurement and consumption data, as well as the one for the management of site connection. Timelines vary based on the requested service, such as: switching, name change, adjustment, new activation or reactivation of a previously deactivated point, etc. In any case, the times established for the Distributor's activities and the billing of any charges requested by the distributor itself for the processing of the request are without prejudice. The execution of the contract by Ermes Gas & Power is suspensively conditioned on the Customer not being suspended for default at the time of the request for supply activation made by Ermes Gas & Power to the Distributor.

  • 100% of the CO2 emissions from the combustion of the Natural Gas covered by this offer will be offset through the purchase of carbon credits certifying participation in international energy-efficiency projects implemented in various locations around the world that reduce or avoid greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.

  • Paperless bill discount: If the bill is sent by email, Ermes Gas & Power will apply a discount of €2.00/month/PdP on the annual charge for natural gas supply. Excise duty discount: A customer entitled to reduced excise duties will receive a discount equal to the excise duties invoiced, applied to the list price of the energy component. Other customers will receive a discount of €0.0125/Smc, which represents the charge provided for reduced excise duties. Refer-a-friend discount: Customers who refer the name of potential new customers for other uses to Ermes Gas & Power, who then sign a contract for the supply of electricity and/or natural gas with Ermes Gas&Power, will receive a discount of €50.00, excluding VAT.

  • The offer is available to all customers with sites for household use.

Any security deposits may be agreed directly with the Customer. The deposit will be refunded after the due date shown on the closing bill, with statutory interest added, provided the Customer has no overdue debts.
