This offer provides for a fixed, unconditional discount of EUR 0.01/Smc for 12 months from the date the offer is signed, applied to the variable component of the commercial activity remuneration. The cost of the raw material is determined monthly and calculated as the average of the PSV Price Assessments quoted on each trading day for the reference month. On working days (with reference to the United Kingdom), excluding weekends, the Price Assessment is calculated as the average of the BID and OFFER quotations (rounded to three decimal places) published on the previous working day (or on the earliest available preceding working day if the previous day was a public holiday) in ICIS Heren’s “European Gas Spot Market Report” under the heading “PSV price assessment - Day Ahead”, expressed in €/MWh and converted into c€/Smc. On public holidays (with reference to the United Kingdom) and weekends, the Price Assessment is calculated as the average of the BID and OFFER quotations (rounded to three decimal places) published on the earliest available preceding working day in ICIS Heren’s “European Gas Spot Market Report” under the heading “PSV price assessment - Weekend”, expressed in €/MWh and converted into c€/Smc. In addition to the above charge, the fixed and variable commercial activity remuneration components stated in the offer, and the components relating to the cost of transporting gas to the Re.Mi. will also apply. Any further charges, fees, tariff components and/or surcharges introduced by the competent authorities in relation to the supply of natural gas to end customers will also be billed, including (but not limited to) those replacing other charges previously provided for by sector regulations. In addition to the charges defined above, the customer is also required to pay the charges for the distribution service (according to the tariffs published on the Distributor’s website) and the duties and taxes required under the tax legislation in force.
