Offer terms

Variable-price offer indexed to the PSV, reserved for residential utilities. It includes management through a service desk and a discount of up to €24/year, valid only for the first year of supply: €12 for customers who activate email billing and a further €12 for those who activate SEPA direct debit.

  • Open-ended contract. If the customer cancels electronic billing or SDD direct debit, the associated discount will automatically lapse. In the event of a reversal or non-payment for reasons attributable to the customer, the actual bank charges incurred to handle the non-payment will be charged.

A security deposit of €52.00 is required and will be charged on the first available bill. Under ARERA regulations, this deposit will not be required, or will be refunded in full, if the Customer activates bank or postal direct debit (SEPA SDD) to pay the bills.
