EP CASA FELICE GAS is an offer for new end customers with domestic-use sites supplied with natural gas for cooking, hot water, and heating. The offer can be activated throughout Italy.

  • The offer is for new Domestic End Customers who use gas for cooking, producing hot water and/or heating, with annual gas consumption of up to 200,000 Smc. The offer is available throughout the country. Supply will start according to different timelines depending on the type of contractual operation requested by the Customer. Subject to the verification activities, supply activation will comply with the withdrawal periods under the contract with the previous supplier. Activation of a new supply is in all cases subject to verification by the relevant operator that the distribution network is suitable, connection to that network, and the existence of an internal installation that complies with the requirements established by current regulations. The Customer must arrange and pay for that installation through installers authorized under current regulations.

The supplier reserves the right to charge an amount as a security deposit on the first invoice, within the limits set by the TIV. For gas customers with annual consumption of up to 5000 Smc only, payment of invoices by bank or postal direct debit will be considered a form of security equivalent to the security deposit.
