Standing charge
Annual usage × unit price + supplier standing charge + network charges, levies and taxes. For variable offers we use a shared PSV reference of 0.501205 €/Smc (12-month average, 2025-10/2026-09), which may differ from the contract’s index. Monthly spending is the annual estimate divided by 12, not a winter bill.

Top Family Gas is Energit’s offer for the supply of natural gas on the free market, allowing you to have an energy component price that is continually updated in line with wholesale market trends.
Activation of the supply is subject to successful technical and financial checks carried out by Energit upon receipt of the proposed Contract. Following these checks, Energit will send the Customer a notice containing confirmation that the contract has been accepted and the date the supply will actually start.
If the customer terminates the contract because the supply point is to be deactivated, they must send Energit written notice by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt at least 1 (one) month before deactivation takes effect. Supply deactivation procedures follow ARERA Resolution No. 366/2018/R/com.
For contracts signed away from commercial premises, the household Customer may exercise the right to withdraw during the cooling-off period within 30 days of the date the contract is concluded, by notifying Energit by registered letter with return receipt or by email to energia@energit.it, specifying their contract details. During the supply period, the Customer may in any case terminate the Contract at any time, subject to the notice periods set out in ARERA Resolution 366/2018/R/com. Specifically, the Customer may terminate the contract free of charge by appointing a new supplier by the tenth day of the month preceding the scheduled start date of the new supply.

Energit does not require any form of guarantee from customers with an active SDD payment method. For all other customers, a security deposit based on the customer's annual consumption will be charged on the first bill: €25 for customers with annual consumption up to 500 Smc; €77 for customers with annual consumption between 500 Smc and 5.000 Smc; €150 for customers with annual consumption above 5.000 Smc.
